are you pet friendly?
Yes! At Element 30, we welcome up to two pets per unit. A non-refundable pet fee is required at the time of lease signing, along with a monthly pet fee for each animal. We look forward to making your furry friends feel at home with us!
Do you offer a rent-to-own or purchase option?
We offer rental properties only. We do not have any rent-to-own programs or properties available for purchase.
do you offer furnished units?
Element 30 is pleased to offer furnished units for an additional monthly fee. These units are often limited. Please contact our office for more information and to check availability.
Where do I apply?
Applications may be completed in our office or on our website by clicking the link HERE. There is a $40 fee per application.
who all needs to apply?
All tenants aged 18 years or older are required to complete a rental application for the apartment.
Do i have to be a student at unk to live here?
No. While we are located at the University of Nebraska Kearney’s University Village, Element 30 is a community for all of Kearney. Our community is open to professionals, families, seniors, and students. We’re completely open to the public!
what is the difference between the apartments and flats?
Our apartments offer a community-oriented lifestyle. The flats are located in our 10-plex buildings and offer a more private lifestyle. Both the apartments and flats have access to all of our amenities, including the commons area, fitness center, pool, hot tub, and more.
what lease terms do you offer?
Element 30 offers three, six, and twelve month leases.
what is deposit-free living?
Element 30 Apartments is proud to offer deposit-free living to qualified renters! We understand that moving costs can add up, so we want to extend financial flexibility to our residents.
